Responsibilities
  • Preparing and updating policy and procedure
  • Investigating complaints against police department employees
  • Overseeing the emergency management function
  • Interacting with the media on department activities
  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection process for the department
  • Representing the department in county, state, and national law enforcement programs
