Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of drop-in classes!
We offer more than 100 drop-in group fitness classes each week to help you reach your goals and accommodate busy schedules. From Zumba, Cycling, and SilverSneakers to Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing and more; all our drop-in classes are included with your annual pass, punch card or daily admission.

All of our fitness instructors maintain nationally recognized fitness certifications as well as an American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certification.

Session-based Fitness Classes
