The 38th Avenue Leadership Committee, composed of businesses, property owners, and residents with a stake in 38th Avenue, has been meeting regularly since January 2012. The Leadership Committee is taking the lead on some key recommendations in the plan, including the development of a corridor-wide marketing strategy. They were heavily involved in the development of the corridors new brand--Ridge at 38.

In the spring of 2012, a marketing and branding study was commenced as recommended in the corridor plan. The process was designed to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders and to build consensus around a unified message. The goals of the process were to promote the district to residents and visitors, to attract future investment, and to create increased activity along the W. 38th Avenue corridor.
"Ridge at 38" was the name selected and voted upon by the Leadership Committee to represent West 38th Avenue between Sheridan and Wadsworth Boulevards. The brand image is utilized in all advertising, marketing and branding initiatives to represent the corridor.
