Giving and Memorials

The City of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation Department offers several opportunities for giving, sponsorships, and memorial opportunities. Donations are made payable to the Wheat Ridge Community Foundation.
 
Memorial Tree Program
The  Memorial Tree Donation Program lets you remember a loved one by planting a tree in his or her honor in one of the City's parks.  For more information see the Memorial Tree Application.
  
Memorial Brick Program
Remember a veteran or a loved one with an embossed brick at the Veterans Memorial Gazebo located in Hayward Park. Memorial bricks may be purchased for placement on one of two walkways, the veteran's walkway or the non-veteran's walkway.  For more information, please call 303-205-7552 or see the Veteran's Memorial Brick Order Form.
  
Wheat Ridge Recreation Scholarship
Help support the Wheat Ridge Community Foundation's scholarship program to assist individuals of any age who need financial assistance to participate in activities offered through the Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation Department.  For more information, please call 303-231-1313.
